Alex Allan and Fynn Neb are teaming up to offer a full week of rope training in the
jungle of Costa Rica. These 2 world-renowned artists will combine their knowledge
and experience to create a retreat that explores the art of rope from all angles.
Students will learn new techniques and the necessary building blocks to access
advanced dynamic and c-shaping skills. There will also be a strong focus on
research-based practice and creation tools. Fynn and Alex will share their own
personal methods of movement research with the rope on the floor and in the air.
These teachers believe in the development of a holistic practice; one that is
creatively driven, emotionally satisfying and underpinned by technique.
Students should be comfortable with a range of dynamic beats, long arm inversions and hip key roll ups.
